Promoters:
The Promotion is conducted by Billi Australia Pty Ltd [ABN:64 624 954 829] in Australia and Billi New Zealand [NZBN: 9429049451269] in New Zealand (“Billi”).

Promotion Period:
The Promotion is open from 1 October to 31 December 2026 inclusive. Eligible purchases must be made during this period.

Eligibility:
Entry is open to trade customers of plumbing merchants in Australia and New Zealand, aged 18 years or over, who purchase an eligible Billi system in the course of their trade or business. Retail consumers are not eligible to enter. Employees of Billi, its related companies and agencies associated with this Promotion, and their
immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter:
Purchase an eligible Billi system as a trade customer from a plumbing merchant in Australia or New Zealand during the Promotion Period and register the purchase via the nominated Billi promotion registration page within 30 days of purchase. Entrants must provide all requested details and valid proof of purchase. Each valid purchase receives one (1) entry into the next available prize draw in the entrant’s country of purchase. Multiple registrations of the same purchase will not be accepted.

Eligible Systems:
Eligible systems are Billi Eco, Quadra, OmniOne, Sahara and Alpine ranges only. All other Billi products and ranges are excluded.

How to Enter:
Purchase an eligible Billi system as a trade customer from a plumbing merchant in Australia or New Zealand during the Promotion Period and register the purchase via www.billi.com.au/promotions within 30 days of purchase. Entrants must provide all requested information, valid proof of purchase and answer the promotional question: “In 25 words or less, tell us why you choose Billi for your projects.” Each eligible purchase permits one (1) entry. Multiple registrations of the same purchase will not be accepted. A new registration for each subsequent purchase must be submitted to qualify for additional entries.

Judging & Prizes:
This Promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. There are six (6) major prizes, comprising three (3) prizes in Australia and three (3) prizes in New Zealand, with one (1) winner selected in each country for each judging period. Eligible entries will be assessed on their relevance to the promotional question, originality and creativity, with a shortlist to be prepared by a representative of the Promoter for each country for each judging period. Shortlisted entries will then be independently scored by a judging panel of representatives of the Promoter which will award points against the stated judging criteria, and the entry receiving the highest combined score in each country will be the winner.
The three judging dates are:
? October purchases: 15 November 2026
? November purchases: 15 December 2026
? December purchases / Final Judging: 1 February 2027

Valid registrations received after the applicable judging date, but within 30 days of purchase, will be included in the next available judging period in the entrant’s country. Unsuccessful eligible entries will automatically roll over into subsequent judging periods in that country. Once an entry has won a major prize, that entry will not be eligible for subsequent judging periods.

Major Prize:
Each winner will receive one (1) Billi Quadra Compact with Chrome XL Levered Tap, valued at over AUD $6,000 trade value in Australia, with the applicable local value applying in New Zealand. A total of six (6) major prizes will be awarded: three (3) in Australia and three (3) in New Zealand.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Installation and associated plumbing, electrical or site preparation costs are not included. If a prize becomes unavailable, Billi may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
Billi will cover all freight costs associated with delivery of the prize. The prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated Australian or New Zealand delivery address within 30 days of the winner accepting the prize, unless otherwise advised.

Free Billi Drink Bottle:
Each customer who completes a valid eligible registration will also receive one (1) complimentary Billi drink bottle, limited to one per customer for the Promotion and available while stocks last. Drink bottles have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Billi will cover freight costs for delivery to the Australian or New Zealand address provided at registration.

Regist ration Deadline:
Registrations must be completed within 30 days of the purchase date shown on the valid proof of purchase. Purchases made toward the end of the Promotion Period may therefore be registered after 30 December 2026. The final registration deadline is 30 January 2027.

Registrations received after an applicable monthly judging date will be included in the next available judging period, provided they are received within 30 days of purchase. All remaining eligible entries will be included in the final judging on 1 February 2027. Registrations received outside the applicable 30-day registration period or after 30 January 2027 will not be accepted.

Winner Notification & Publication:
Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at registration. Winners will also be announced on Billi’s social media channels and published at billi.com.au/promotion.

Billi reserves the right to verify a winner’s identity, eligibility and proof of purchase before awarding a prize. If a winner is found to be ineligible, does not respond or does not accept the prize within 30 business days, Billi may award the prize to the next highest judged eligible entry, subject to applicable law.

Verification:
Billi may verify any entry and request proof of identity, eligibility or purchase. Billi may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent, misleading or otherwise does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Privacy & Marketing:
Personal information provided by entrants will be collected and used by Billi to administer the Promotion, verify entries, contact and announce winners, and fulfil promotional gifts and prizes. Where an entrant has provided the required consent, Billi may also use their contact information to send future marketing and promotional communications, including information about Billi products, services, offers and promotions. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Billi’s Privacy Policy and applicable Australian and New Zealand privacy laws.

General:
By entering, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions. All intellectual property rights in an entrant’s response are assigned to the Promoter upon submitting their registration. Billi may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent it from proceeding as planned, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian or New Zealand law.

FREE STANDARD INSTALLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

For the purpose of this promotion, Standard Installation applies to any eligible Billi system defined in the General Promotion Terms and Conditions, provided the installation requirements below are met.

Standard Installation will be carried out at a residential premises by a Billi accredited technician and is not transferable to other tradespeople and/or redeemable for cash.

 

Installation Requirements

  • Standard Installation requires sufficient power and plumbing supply to be in place before the agreed installation date.
  • Billi technicians will not be able to perform additional plumbing or electrical works outside of the standard installation. Any additional works must be completed by qualified tradespeople prior to installation, at the customer’s expense.
  • Please refer to the relevant product Installation Guide and Data Sheet for full requirements (https://www.billi.co.nz/technical-documents ).
  • Billi’s Multifunction Mixer Tap requires both a hot and cold-water point/ isolation value. The Underbench system will require an additional cold-water point.  Billi recommends the Underbench system to be installed with its own isolation valve, however this may not be required in all cases.  This should be discussed with your qualified installer.
  • Failure to prepare the site as required will result in a callout fee for any and each re-attendance required.

 

Benchtop & Stone Limitations

Standard Installation does not include cutting granite, stone, or benchtops thicker than 48mm.

Due to new silica safety regulations, Billi technicians cannot perform cutting works on any stone material. Customers are responsible for engaging a qualified stonemason at their own expense if such modifications are required.

 

Font installations are not included in this offer and will be at an additional cost.

 

Parts & Materials

If extra parts (such as extension kits, replacement valves, or connections) are required during installation, these will be supplied at the customer’s expense.

 

Locations & Timing

Bonus Standard Installation is available in metropolitan areas of New Zealand.

Requests for installations outside these areas will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Installation must be completed within 12 months of approved redemption and no later than 30th August 2027.

 

Installation Lead Times:

Typical lead times for most areas are 2–4 weeks, however these may vary and cannot be guaranteed.
